A good diet that keep rich in all essential vitamins and has countless health problems kilometers away from the body nutrients , food and optimally planned physical activity is very important during and after pregnancy, this helps to maintain overall health and keeps perfect physical metabolism, normal body . In addition, a normal sugar levels reduces the risk for cesarean section. Regular monitoring of blood sugar levels help in the early diagnosis and effective treatment in the early stages because it can prevent a lot of heartache later.
